Competent Shore Staff
People make the difference in this business and we at Great Swiss have an excellent team of competent and experienced shore staff. We invest on training to all our shore staff.
HSSE Management
At Great Swiss, safe operation is of paramount importance. It is practiced throughout the whole organization from ship staff to shore staff. This is supported by best-in-business quality assurance tools.
Bottomline, the business is about managing risks. With mature and well established key performance indicators (KPI’s) defined throughout the most important aspects of shipboard and shorebased processes, the company ensures that its service to its valued clients are carried out under real controlled conditions producing the safest performance without a doubt.
CREW Management
The best built ship with the most modern equipment and the best shore-based support are not enough to guarantee a successful shipping operation. The critical ingredient is the crew. Sourcing and retaining well-trained crew is, however, no easy task.
Great Swiss recognizes this challenge and more importantly, has invested in the infrastructure needed to source, train and supply the best crew available in the market.
The team has developed the expertise and the local network (with offices in Paranaque and Cebu) in providing professional seafarers for chemical & product tankers, VLOC & bulk carriers, container vessels, general cargo vessels, AHTS & Tugs, dredgers and barges, LCT vessels, cement carrier, yatch vessels.

A smooth and efficient port turnaround is a critical component of a profitable ship operation. Great Swiss recognizes the importance of this. We not only have the agency skills necessary to handle the port operating requirements of all types of vessel, but also the approach of a shipowner/charterer.
